Mac expert with 10+ years experience managing a fleet of Mac computers. I've worked with Macs both professionally and personally for even longer and I would love to help make sense of them for you!

I first met Joe when I was taking photography classes at the New England School of Photography. I'll admit my technology skills are very limited but because of Joe I now edit all my own photos with confidence. He is very patient and though I would get hung up on small things sometimes he made me feel like I was never asking a dumb question. Very helpful and an all around great person! Worth every penny and more!

Joe is very patient! He creatively explains hard subjects so they feel more simple.

He is very patient, and can creativity explain complex processes in a way that makes it easy to understand. I left feeling much more confident!
