I am a Lecturer of Economics with over 10 years of university-level teaching experience and have previously held academic positions at Royal Holloway, University of London, and Birkbeck College. I am recognised by the British Academy as an academic with exceptional promise. I teach a wide range of economics subjects including Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Globalisation, Game Theory, and Industrial Economics. I have extensive experience teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students, and I also offer support for dissertations. In addition, I teach A-level Economics, adapting my approach to suit each student's academic level and learning goals. I believe that every student has unique learning needs, and I use a customised, student-centred teaching methodology that combines conceptual clarity, real-world applications, and interactive engagement. My lessons are designed to be at least one hour long, during which I use a mix of guided problem-solving, real-life case studies, and critical thinking exercises to ensure deep understanding. For me, learning is a continuous process, and I strive to help students take ownership of their learning by making sense of the practical significance of the material—understanding how economic concepts help explain and navigate the world around us.
