About Grace
I am a student at The University of Manchester - course commencing Sept 2018 - reading Modern History and Politics. Despite this, the teaching subject of my choice is English. I attained grade A* in English Language and Literature at GCSE level and A at A-Level. As an avid reader and conscientious individual, I take pride in my work and love to encourage others to share this attitude. I have taught family friends in previous years, but am excited to teach on a more formal and professional level.

I am a personable and chatty individual with a passion for education! My teaching method is one whereby I explain tasks at hand as well as what is expected from the learner. Having done this, I then listen to and acknowledge their ideas before nurturing them to be the best they possibly can. This may be through tweaking grammar, punctuation and essay structure or proposing additional arguments to an essay from an alternate perspective.
