I have taught brass players from a variety of ages and skill levels for years. My philosophy for education is to foster a love of music in students. I help set up students with exercises and routines that are flexible and applicable for a wide range of needs. My goal as a teacher is to help set you up for success by teaching you how to create your own personal toolkit. We do this by taking quality existing exercises and adapting them based on your needs in the moment. In our lessons we will cover the fundamentals of horn playing, from tone to articulation to developing musicality.
My lessons are tailored for beginner to intermediate players.
