About Chioma

I am a graduate of biochemistry from the university of Nigeria Nsukka. I majored in nutrition and along the line found out a safe method of losing weight, I was overweight and this fruits dieting help me achieve my weight loss goal, I have since then help others live a health life as well as loss weight to their desired size.

About the lesson

I first help you understand that change is inside out and for change to occur without, it must have occured within. I use a positive method of outline what you stand to gain by losing weight and eliminate any present fear.
