About Candice
I am an energetic, fun and honest person, I was once over weight and was embraced and ashamed to o to the gym to work out. I started my own fitness program at home and in 12 months of fitness and a healthy diet I was able to lose 20Kgs and am proud to say I have been able to maintain my weight ever since.
I have worked at an all girls school and help young women achieve there goals. It is very rewording to see a new and healthy person that is more confident with in them self's
