About Eric
I started learning traditional Chinese qigong since I was in middle school in China. I had experience teaching large group of students in university and different cities in China.
After I graduate from university 1994, I worked for Qi Gong Center for 3 years where I had opportunity directly work with master Pang. I was professionally trained to teach Zhi Neng Qigong method to help people to improve mental and physical health through Qi Gong practices.
I have been practicing Qi Gong and mindfulness meditation on regular basis, it has been proved as very effective approach to mind and body wellness. I am looking forward to sharing the lifetime benefits Qi and meditation practices can bring everyone to with you
