About Aaliyah
I’ve been playing the violin for several years now, and while I’m here to teach you everything I know, we will learn new things together as I guide you to start your journey as a violinist. Never be afraid to ask questions, and I will answer to my best ability; in the event that I don’t quite know the answer, we will find it together!

My goal is to teach you how to, not only play notes on your violin, but to play music with passion and confidence. Lessons are a judgement free zone for all of my students; mistakes are completely normal, and are always awesome learning opportunities. I will teach based on your personal skills, and will also challenge you to step out of your comfort zone. I do accept musical requests if there are any specific types of music that you are interested in, to make lessons more fun. For beginners, we will also learn how to properly take care of your instrument to make sure it’s in great shape to play.
