About Ana
I am a violin tutor with 16 years of experience, teaching students of all levels—from beginners to advanced performers. My teaching philosophy combines technical skill with musical expression. I guide students in developing technique, music theory knowledge, sight-reading, and performance skills while encouraging creativity and personal style.
I have successfully taught over 200 students, many of whom have performed confidently in recitals, concerts, and competitions. My lessons are interactive, structured, and engaging, helping students build skill, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for music.

I follow a teaching methodology centred on compassion, encouragement, and structured guidance. My goal is to make learning the violin a positive, enjoyable, and confidence-building experience. I adapt lessons to each student’s pace, interests, and learning style for optimal engagement and results.
I provide clear explanations, demonstrations, and interactive exercises, helping students understand techniques, music theory, and musical expression. Questions, creativity, and active participation are encouraged to make lessons dynamic, fun, and effective.
Being supportive is at the heart of my teaching. I celebrate progress, provide constructive feedback, and help students overcome challenges with patience and encouragement. Lessons balance technical skill, creativity, and personal growth.
I also teach other subjects using the same student-focused methodology, inspiring curiosity, confidence, and lifelong learning.
