About Matthew

I have been tutoring for the last 7 years, and been teaching at a university for the last 6. I can teach most areas of the law, but focus on: - Equity and Trusts - Company Law - Banking and Finance - Competition Law - Contract - Litigation - Employment - Constitutional and Administrative - EU - Torts - Land Law

About the lesson

Hello, I completed a PhD in trust and insolvency law. I was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, having been fortunate to obtain two substantial scholarships from the Inn to undertake the BPTC. Prior to Bar School, I graduated with a first class law degree from Greenwich. I have published several academic articles on areas of trust and company law, beginning with an article in the Trusts and Trustees journal.
