About Solomon

I am a recent College Graduate, whose passion for Electronic Music has evolved into a professional practice. I've DJ'ed for both professional events, and more casual house parties, with a variety of music, crowds, and venues under my belt. I've also produced and engineered for artists in many genres from Indie pop, and R&B, to Techno and UKG. I bring that same energy when it comes to your lessons - think of me as the conduit between your creativity, and the music you have yet to create! I've worked in all sorts of environments, with all sorts of restrictions, so even if you're just starting out, you'll be surprised what you can do with just a laptop and a little passion.

About the lesson

Electronic Music is a great hobby, profession, and art. The lessons start off with establishing your inspirations, ability, and goals. From there I will create a detailed lesson plan and work with you to guide your understanding in order to create something that reflects your goals. My methods focus on making sure you get a deep understanding of the steps required to go from your ability to your goals, with a strong emphasis on becoming independent in your music practice.

Owning LogicPro is required for associated lessons, but no other plug-ins, instruments, or hardware is needed. Lessons are for any demographic.

For in person DJ lessons, I bring an advanced level portable DJ setup to teach hands on. For online lessons I can show you the intricacies of your own controller to fully understand it's potential! We will go over everything needed to get you to start mixing tracks and learning from experience! We will go over all aspects of DJing that can be applied to all controllers, unless the lesson is at a more advanced level. Lessons are for any demographic.
