About Lia
Hello! I'm Brazilian, a native Portuguese speaker, and a student pursuing a degree in Languages. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures, learning about other countries, and sharing the richness of the Portuguese language and Brazilian culture. I believe that learning a language goes far beyond memorizing words: it's also about discovering new customs, creating connections, and feeling comfortable communicating. Therefore, I want to help foreigners learn Brazilian Portuguese in a light, practical, and interesting way, especially through conversation. I am open to dialogue and value a welcoming environment where each student can learn at their own pace, ask questions, and practice without fear of making mistakes. In my classes, we can talk about travel, music, gastronomy, films, traditions, and everyday Brazilian situations. My goal is to help you expand your vocabulary and develop more confidence in speaking Portuguese. It will be a pleasure to be part of your learning journey. Shall we converse in Brazilian Portuguese?

My Brazilian Portuguese classes for foreigners focus on conversation, everyday communication, and Brazilian culture. As a Literature student and native Portuguese speaker, I offer practical and personalized activities tailored to each student's level, interests, and goals. Individual lessons can include dialogues, questions and answers, simulations of real-life situations, everyday vocabulary, and expressions used by Brazilians. We can also discuss travel, gastronomy, music, customs, and Brazilian traditions. My goal is to create a welcoming and relaxed environment where you feel comfortable speaking, asking questions, and learning from your mistakes. The classes are suitable for beginner foreigners or those who already know some of the language and want to develop more confidence and fluency when speaking Portuguese. Let's learn Brazilian Portuguese in a practical, light, and interesting way!
