Face-to-face lessons:

1. 100% Cost of travel will be cleared should you decide to use own transport to your home or preferred place of lesson, regardless of whether or not it is within a 10km radius of Rondebosch (UCT).
2. Extra lessons (lessons outside the agreed times), which are 30 minutes long come at 50% of the original price and can be arranged at least 12 hours before the requested time.
3. Cancellations done less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 45% penalty payable within 2 days of the time of cancellation.
4. Transport fees entirely depend on the cost of the ride at the time (by means of Bolt or Uber). Proof of the cost of the ride will always be provided, and you have the option of paying the driver directly or reimbursing me after the ride/s.

Online lessons:

1.Multiple hours can be bought upfront: 5 hours @R550, 10 hours @R1150
2. Extra lessons (lessons outside the agreed times), which are 30 minutes long come at 40% of the original price and can be arranged at least 12 hours before the requested time.
3. Cancellations done less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 45% penalty payable within 2 days of the time of cancellation.

General:

1. Feel free to negotiate further classes at short notice than agreed with no extra costs
2. Group lessons of 2-4 people will be automatically eligible for a 10% discount.
3. Lessons of more than 4 people at a time will qualify for a 15% discount
4. Negotiation is all you need to do to get whatever suits you from this experience!
