The first 30-minute introductory lesson for a new student is free and there is no obligation to purchase further lessons after the introductory lesson. All 1 hour* classes must be paid by PayPal when booking, whether single private lessons, multiple private lessons or group lessons.
Discounted group rates are available for students who purchase a minimum of 5 hours* at a time: $14/student for 2 students in same lesson (2 X $14 X 5 = $140), $12/student for 3 students in same lesson (3 X $12 X 5 = $180), and $10/student for 4 students in same lesson (4 X $10 X 5 = $200).
Cancelation policy: there are no refunds if a student cancels for a single private lesson, but the lesson can be rescheduled one time. If the same lesson is canceled by the student a second time, the tutor is not obligated to reschedule again. If multiple private lessons have been purchased and the student wishes to cancel any of those classes, only 1/2 the remaining class value can be refunded. For example, a student purchases 5 private lessons for $90. After the first lesson, the student decides to cancel the remaining 4 lessons. The student would be entitled to a refund of 2 lessons ($36). A student may reschedule 1 private class (of 5) or 2 private classes (of 10) without penalty. Group lessons are completely non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If the tutor cancels any class, whether private or group, the students can opt for a refund for that class only or to have the class rescheduled.
