About Ava
I host annual Sailing Retreats in Greece, Eco-somatic workshops in Bali, am a Global permaculture designer, and nature enthusiast. My focus is to bring the outer awareness into the body and explore your inner terrain. Anyone can look out at a beautiful landscape, but how many people can feel the beauty of the stones in their bones? Nature is our greatest teacher. Let's learn together

Eco-somatics and creative visualization techniques that support your return (or rediscovery of) to your natural state of being... as being of nature.
Everything begins with a 'Pause'. The conscious decision to prioritize your wellbeing over pushing through the exhaustion and overwhelm. Together, lets take a breath and drop into the body. Using creative visualization and meditation techniques we will explore your inner landscape and create a pathway to your 'inner sanctuary'... the quite place within where you are able to return home to yourself.
