About Luis
My ranking is that of a 13th degree black belt from the grandmaster in Japan. While I teach specifically from these nine schools. I am also an instructor of Natural Medicine, Archery, Scuba Diving, Water Safety, Swimming, herbology, nutrition, homeopathy, iridology, English, Spanish, camping and lots more. Authoring two books: diabetes and covid letter.

Depending on the beginner or rank of the student. We must learn the basics, from knowing how to fall, roll, to what is known as tai sabaki (moving out of the way). These are for your safety first.
Later we move to strikes, followed by kamae's (life forms, stances) that through repetition evolve from obvious to very small responses to universal circumstances.
