About Michelle

I began in goats some 15 years ago and learned much the hard way. My local veterinarians, while absolutely wonderful, just were not knowledgeable enough about the very specific needs of goats. I was blessed to be able to find local, knowledgeable mentorship with an FFA teacher from a local high school who raised goats and sheep on a large scale. He volunteered with the local FFA/4H programs and provides invaluable knowledge and service to the local communities. I was also extremely lucky to find an online mentor who has been raising goats for over 35 years and she has been willing to share her extensive knowledge with me. You won't just be learning from me, but me, and everyone who has ever helped me along my journey

Goats 101 -basic goat information -feeding -housing -fencing -very basic medical care including a basic "must have" kit This information will benefit hobby farmers, those just starting out or those struggling to find educational resources elsewhere.
