About Elize

I am a life coach and have been coaching for 12 years. I have been in the business environment for 25 years heading up various Learning and development initiatives for graduate development programmes and Letsema learners who were grade 12 students entering the business world to assist them with the transition from school to a business environment. They were then placed on a rotation programme to learn and understand the various business units to obtain a holistic view of the overall operations. once the programme has been completed they were placed in the business units most suited to their needs and specific field of interest.

About the lesson

I base my methodology firstly on the needs and the student and then ascertain what challenges they face in the environment and with specific attention to subjects that they find challenging. Once this basis is established and a trust relationship with the client has been built the practical side of the work unit is then planned according to time frames, tests, exams, the classes that needs to be attended to provide support to the student and ensure that their schedules are not disrupted so they can optimize their learning experience through positive outcomes.
