About Jonathan
I am a retired professional surveyor, who has worked in civil engineering throughout my life. This career has led me to understand and appreciate that the work life has so many different challenges, not least the job itself. Relationships and team building has majored throughout my career and often are more important than just achieving work goals and outcomes.

I think that the first and most important thing is to ask questions and listen to the student to find out about their personality, goals and worries. I will then begin to form an opinion about what they need and which direction to take, and talk to them about that and how they feel. Lastly to discuss and agree with them on a way forward, and put in place targets and an overall plan to help them fulfill their goals in life, friendships and work.
