About Abigail

I currently work as a learning mentor supporting the personal, social and emotinal needs of children and young people. I can assist in anger management, overcoming grief, friendships, anxiety and depression, organisation skills and having a healthy positive outlook on life.

My background is in outdoor therapy and I have worked with children, young people and adults in the outdoor environment as well as coaching in outdoor sports.
