About Audrey
I am a librarian for the education faculty at the University of Melbourne, and have assisted students in various faculties and study areas for over 10 years.
I love teaching, especially one-on-one, and seeing everything 'click' in my students.
I can assist with essay writing, referencing and citation, literature review and the research process, communicating about text and multimedia, crafting job-seeking documents such as CVs/resumes, cover letters, key selection criteria, and developing your personal brand as an emerging scholar, professional or practitioner.

Each lesson or series of lessons will revolve around, and work towards a goal of your choice! Want to boost your marks, 5-10% at a time? Want to cultivate a career that suits your skills and dreams, and reshape your resume? Need a convincing portfolio of work for higher degree research? Just want to survive subjects that are not your strengths? I've got you.
I recommend 1 hour, no more than 2 hours per week, of direct work with me to meet your goals. Your first lesson of 30 minutes is free, with an option to extend to an hour at half price. My lessons cover the curriculum required through developing lifelong skills in communication, project and time management.
I have worked as an academic librarian for 5 years, and have a strong background in linguistics, literature, creative writing and academic skills development. I can help high schoolers prepare for university, university students in their adjustment, graduates and job seekers. I am open to working with school-aged children, to foster a love of storytelling and grow skills in literacy where there is a genuine need - I will not tutor under 16s without academic or developmental necessity.
