About Imran
I’m a first year medical student at Newcastle University with 4 A*s at A-Level in German, Biology, Chemistry and Maths. German was my favourite subject as I just found it so rewarding and satisfying, and having an enthusiastic teacher always helped. In my A-Level exam, I got 80/80 on my writing, despite the fact I was least confident on this, showing that the language is more about just immersing yourself in it and being confiden.

I like to focus on speaking as this is what languages are really all about, and in doing this your writing and ultimately your confidence will grow. Alongside this we will focus on the topics your syllabus contains and do writing as well as grammar exercises to supplement this. I try to make these lessons as enjoyable as possible as I think languages shouldn’t be a task but a hobby!
