I approach each session with an open mind and base each session on personal skill development, focusing on body position, legs, arms, breathing and timing. I believe the efficiency of a dry-land program with a swimming program is the best combination of activities for significant results and fast weight loss, so I also offer a combined swim and gym program.

£80 for 1 hour: 1 to 1 lesson (age 12+ /adult)
> Free entrance to the swimming pool
> Free Sauna, Steam Room & Snow Room
> Located in the most central part of London - postcode SE1 (near Blackfriars Station & Southwark Station)
*No discount for the first lesson
