About Elly
Hi! My name is Elly, and I would LOVE to help you along with your Pilates journey. Having done Pilates myself for many years I have a true love for it. Combined with my physiotherapy degree, I have a keen eye for Pilates with correct form for purposeful Pilates movement. I have worked with clients on a 1:1 basis, working together to achieve their goals.

I am an Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) Level 3 Pilates Instructor also holding a 1st Class Honours Physiotherapy degree. I have been teaching Pilates on a 1:1 and class basis for over a year via online and in-person delivery. I have a passion for teaching Pilates with a focus on controlled and correct movement. Available to teach any age or level whether you have never done Pilates before or are a seasoned pro, looking to improve even further! Class durations and locations are flexible.
