About Rizwan
I have being playing sport from the age of 6 years old, I am now 22 years old and have completed many courses on cricket and fitness, through the many sports I have played, my main emphasis would be on fitness as it allows the development of the brain and better stamina increasing better oxygen levels, in many young students it improves academic results aswell

My lessons are split up with many types of fitness drills, including batting, bowling, fitness and fielding techniques, in the fitness side, the exercises are I teach my students help to improve stiff muscles and muscle growth throw a process of training which takes time to gain so that there's no muscle tearing and injuries
