About Samudera
Learning should be fun, and with me, it truly is. I’ve taught students from kindergarten kids to working professionals, including speaking and TOEFL prep classes. One time, a student even brought his girlfriend to class just to introduce me. I’m still not sure why, but I took it as a compliment. I’ve lived in the US for a year and in China for six months, which gave me firsthand experience in learning languages and adapting to new cultures. That helps me connect better with students who are also trying to learn something new. I’m also a big fan of reading. I love weaving stories and culture into my lessons to make learning Bahasa Indonesia feel natural and meaningful. If you're looking for a tutor who is easy to talk to, experienced, and genuinely passionate about language learning, then I might be the right fit for you. I design my lessons to be practical, interactive, and relaxed, just like how you'd talk to a friend over coffee. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone who just wants to speak more confidently, I’ll adjust the pace and topics based on your goals. I also enjoy creating lessons for kids using games and stories. We’ll learn not just the language, but also how Indonesians actually speak in daily life (the jokes, the slang, the culture, and the food). If you like books, I sometimes bring short texts or cultural stories to make learning even more fun. Let’s learn Bahasa Indonesia in a way that’s easy to remember and fun to use.
