About Dr Monte Lee

My qualifications
I defended my PhD dissertation (April 2023) focusing on orality and embodied practices. I am also a seasoned motivational/inspirational speaker and trainer. I am effectively coaching people in their oral delivery. For I deeply enjoy coaching others in the art of speech-craft and oral delivery. Moreover, in local universities, poly institutions, junior colleges, secondary and primary schools, I have delivered over 500 training events, workshops, courses, talks and camps.

Most of my current programmes specifically fall within oral communication.
Through all these experiences, I have developed some winning learning methods that are helping people acquire superior skill in their own oral deliveries.

I also hold two graduate degrees (one summa cum laude), have been involved in yearly academic conference deliveries, and am a published writer.

Coaching / learning methods
The best way for you to acquire greater skill, is through expert feedback. So that’s one of the main things I advise we structure into our coaching sessions.

I can work with you in crafting out and structuring (using basic yet effective speech-craft and rhetoric techniques) your content, providing you relevant theory on the way, and constructive feedback on your practiced deliveries. I can also give you written materials to guide you ongoing development.

Customised coaching sessions
The length and number of sessions is up to you. We can plan out single sessions from one to three hours, and as many as you would like. Or, we plan out part or full day sessions. I will customise the sessions to meet your specific aims. We can also arrange group training events. The possibilities are many.

I have also been conducting online coaching sessions, which can easily be arranged as well.
