About Jason

I am excited to share my experiences with you and teach you to "train your brain" to overcome every challenge you face. From childhood to fatherhood and dealing with everyday conflicts both personal and professional, I have helped hundreds of kids (including my own) and adults reinvent themselves to think positively and reach desired results. I have a degree in Management Psychology. Combined with 25 years of life experience since then, it is proven fact that your attitude, and only yours will influence how your daily life goes. No one solution exists, but when you encounter similar situations each day, if approached with the right frame of mind, you will be able to empower yourself and inspire others while positively influencing those around you.

About the lesson

If you ever feel your daily challenges are unique, it's ok. You are in very good company. If there's a challenge you've faced, believe me, I, along with countless others have faced it as well. I teach everyone, on every level from school to adulthood through practical repetition. I find no better way to face daily challenges than to step back, think about how to make changes to your mindset and get straight to solutions. This naturally, isn't easy. Work will be involved. I will teach you how to free yourself of distraction and focus on the daily practice of embracing rather than avoiding. In time you will easily increase the size of your comfort zone and with repetition, it will only get bigger and you, more confident.

Stephanie is very driven. The fact that she is also very open to suggestion makes it very easy to communicate with her. It was very easy to get to know her and what she's aiming for. No questions as to what she wants. She just needs to take it a step at a time and she will reach her goals.
