About THEMBA
I grew up in Uitenhage and started my career in the manufacturing sector, whilst working in production Iacquired a national diploma in production management, a qualification which propelled me to reach higherposition in that I later became a production supervisor and later a manager in production management. I later grew interest in labour relation and I was advised my supreiors that I am more stronger in that part of management. I then follow the legal side of management and I find it more fulfilling for me.

I am well conversant in labour law matters having worked for many years in a heavily unionized industries. over the years Ihave equippedmy self with legal qualifications in order to gain more information and insight about the subject of labour law which Iam very passionate about, and in my endevours Ihave acquired an LLB degree, a Post graduate diploma in Labour law as well as Practical Labour law NQF 8 qualification which puts more emphases on the work performed by a labour commissioner. my teaching methods are conducted in English language and are more focused in imparting the practical knowledge and application of Labour law in real situation.
