I am a produced screenwriter and playwright with an M.F.A. in playwriting. I've taught screenwriting and playwriting at the college level. I'm an expert at story structure and know how to help get your writing into the best shape it can be.

I believe the best writing comes from inside, from what you truly believe and feel, from what you really like and don't like. My teaching method is to uncover those things and shape them into a story that is engaging, honest, and transcendent. I have a lot of different exercises to get to what really matters. I believe every good writing class is a combination of theory and writing, so there will be writing exercises from the get-go. Each class will be tailored to the individual goals of the writer whether it be screenwriting, playwriting, short story writing or novel writing.
