About Joan
I am a retired IT Manager and Revenue Accounting Manager and have worked with suppliers in English-speaking countries for 40 years, participated in contract negotiations and contract drafting, have taught my own employees business English. I work based on "show - repeat - try - feedback". Feedback is given in the form of examples, which are then used in the correct context.

Most people today can speak English and use it when they are on holiday. It is slightly different when it is to be used in a business context, as it is important that the text is short and precise. You can get by on holiday with spoken language, but not when the consequence is a liability for your company. We start from texts in Danish and translate them, talk about grammar and the importance of sentence structure.
