Perfect! Had a great first session with Anh and am excited to work with him moving forward! He wanted to ensure he understood my level of experience, interests and expectations, before sharing his experience and desire to help others learn the language.

He walked me through greetings and manners (e.g. "please", "thank you", "sorry") and also the intonations and additional letters in the Vietnamese alphabet, highlighting their differences in tone/sound which will help me improve reading and pronunciation.

He kindly offered to answer any questions I have in between our sessions and overall seems like an excellent teacher.

Perfect! Anh was my two boys’ Vietnamese tutor and he was honestly amazing. Super patient and really good with kids. He spent the whole hour teaching both of my sons together and made it fun for them. He introduced himself first, got to know us a little and then started with simple things like greetings, favorite colors, animals and days of the week.

It was my boys’ first time ever doing a virtual class, so they were a bit wild and goofy but Anh handled it with so much patience and kindness. You can tell he truly enjoys teaching kids. He’s friendly, cheerful, and just has a great attitude. I really enjoyed the whole experience and appreciate how much effort he put in.
