I really loved the way Chris was putting together various types of breath practices into an impactful sequence. It helped me boost my energy levels and then really integrate the extra energy by grounding it. It's astonishing to feel the effect of those simple techniques. Chris' presence and reflection allowed me to go faster and deeper in meditative mode and really tune in with my bodily sensations.
