Learn the art of Kyokushin Karate from a certified 5th dan with over 35 years.

Kyokushin has finally arrived in the Big D. Suitable for both kids and adults, Kyokushin is a traditional Japanese Karate, which instills, discipline and respect. Kyokushin is great for kids facing bullying, and provides sparring and tournament fighting opportunities for those who choose to pursue that path. As a long time Kyokushin practitioner and black belt, I can vouch that Sensei Hamilton, is the real deal, old school and yet very patient with kids. There is literally no equivalent in the DFW Metroplex. If you are unsure, I urge you to take a trial lesson. I hope to see you in the Dojo.

Great with kids of all ages. Very knowledgeable and skillful. Our kids really enjoy learning respect for others and self respect, moral value of individual space, and karate tactics.
