About Tammy
Sam took an opportunity in 2013 to join Tai Chi Class at Tai Chi College. After struggling during the 1st term, he decided to give himself another chance to continue in term 2. After that, Sam has been learning Wu style Tai Chi. This includes Wu style 108 slow form, fast form, sword, sabre, double sabre and spear. As an instructor, Sam is happy to share his skills with community members. He believes teaching is the best way to learn!

Tai chi helps to strengthen both the lower and upper body and also the core muscles of the back and abdomen. The benefits of tai chi and yoga are similar. They improve muscles, movement, and flexibility, and can also relieve stress and anxiety. Move with our breath. You don't need any equipment to do Tai Chi.
