About Gareth
Gareth will guide you every step of the way. He is a qualified Tai Chi & Qigong Instructor with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain. He has practised Tai Chi for over ten years and Qigong for over twenty. He has spent over six years training in kung fu and has dedicated the past fifteen years to meditation, bringing a deep sense of calm and expertise to his teachings.

Classes focus on mindful, accessible movement for wellbeing. Lessons are gentle, structured, and adaptable to all levels—whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, or deepen your meditation practice. We’ll start with warm-ups, then move into flowing Tai Chi forms and Qigong sequences designed to harmonise breath, body, and mind. Each session is welcoming and supportive, helping you develop confidence at your own pace. No previous experience is needed—just a willingness to explore stillness in movement.
