About Shalini
Hello! I'm Shalini, an educator with over three years of experience providing one-to-one academic support to students through home tutoring, along with formal teaching experience gained during my B.Ed. and M.Ed. programs.
During my B.Ed. internship, I taught students from Classes 6–10, prepared lesson plans, designed assessments, evaluated student work, and actively participated in school activities such as parent-teacher meetings, assemblies, and competitions. As part of my M.Ed. training at Jamia Millia Islamia, I also taught D.El.Ed. and B.Ed. students, which strengthened my understanding of effective teaching methods and learner engagement.
These experiences have helped me develop a patient, structured, and student-centered approach to teaching. I understand that every learner is different, so I adapt my explanations and pace according to the student's needs. My goal is not only to improve academic performance but also to build confidence, curiosity, and independent learning skills.
Students and parents can expect well-prepared lessons, regular feedback, a supportive learning environment, and a genuine commitment to academic growth. I strive to make learning enjoyable, meaningful, and connected to the real world.

Hello! I'm Shalini, an M.Ed. graduate from Jamia Millia Islamia and UGC NET-qualified educator with a strong academic background in Education and Statistics, along with experience in UPSC preparation.
I offer both online and face-to-face classes for students of Classes 6–10 in Social Science. My teaching approach focuses on conceptual understanding rather than rote learning. I help students connect History, Geography, Civics, and Economics with current affairs, real-life examples, maps, and stories, making learning engaging and meaningful.
Each class is interactive and tailored to the student's pace and learning style. Along with subject knowledge, I guide students in answer-writing, revision techniques, critical thinking, and exam preparation to help them gain confidence and perform better academically.
Whether a student needs support with school studies, wants to strengthen fundamentals, or aims to improve grades, I strive to create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
