About Embla
I am a Swedish, Australian, Musical Theatre performer with experience in teaching Singing, Drama Acting and Dance from ages 18 months -67 years old. With Grade 8 Singing exams, Theory and Piano (Distinction) I would love to pass on my love of performing to you.
I studied a Bachelor of Arts (Musical theatre) in Perth, Australia at WAAPA and am now living in Richmond UK. Performing in professional Musical Theatre my recent credits include shows such as Sleeping Beauty, Oklahoma, Brigadoon, Jesus Christ super star, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Barnum and Merrily we Roll Along.

If it’s Pop, Rock, Jazz, Classical we will work through whatever you love.
I believe every student has a unique voice and so my classes are tailored to each student, having fun, learning new styles and exploring the voice YOU have.... not someone else. We work through technique, warm ups and songs in each class, putting goals in place to manage future expectations of our instrument. Working up for a drama school audition? GCSE drama/ music? Trying to get your head around music theory? - I’ve got you covered. Send me an email to chat further, who knows what you might learn!
I do classes via Zoom, in your home or in mine, whatever is easiest for you.
