About Darrin
Shifu Darrin, Shaolin 33rd generation disciple (black sash) for 8 years and teaching professionally full-time for 6 years.
My lineage of Masters I trained under are Shifu Xing Wu disciple of Shi DeFon (31st generation disciple) and currently directly under Shi DeRu (31st generation disciple).

- You will learn practical application of Shaolin Kung Fu
- Learning both forms/sequences and use for self-defence
- Develop strength, power, flexibility, fitness and body conditioning
- Kung Fu is suitable for students up to and past 60 years (adapted to your current physical capability)
- Taichi is most suitable for but not limited to adults of all age
