About Juan Sebastian
I am passionate about architecture and technology, and I consider BIM to be one of the best meeting points between these two passions. You will always see me excited to share a tip or a little-known tool to improve workflow.
I enjoy sharing what I know, and I am very interested in teaching all the things I have learned over the past 10 years that I wish I had known during college or when starting a new job. I feel happy if I can help make my students' work easier.

You will learn through case studies, with good practices based on accumulated knowledge!
I focus on building knowledge through exercises that simulate the real and professional environment, the challenges in the field, and how using tools allows us to overcome them effectively.
For me, it is very important that the inherent concepts of BIM are clear and relatable to each class, and that it is not just a matter of learning to handle a tool, but a new way of conceiving projects. In my experience as an instructor, this has been the applicable basis for both groups of several students and individual classes.
A typical class would begin with an approach to the general topic and its application in the industry, followed by its applicability from the software, then moving on to guided practical cases and supervised cases with feedback.
My classes are aimed at anyone interested, participating in construction projects and are adapted according to specific profiles, regardless of the level of experience or the specialty background of the students.
