About Orion
My name is Orion, I am a Pro Barista working at two of the best coffee shops in the SW of the United Kingdom, I am also a home coffee enthusiast and part-time YouTuber.
Having been bullied when I was younger for my learning difficulties and ADHD, I know what it's like to struggle to learn.
I have overcome those difficulties, and with that gained a whole new view and approach to learning and teaching.
Always question why.
Always keep on learning.

If you are struggling with something, there is a very high likelihood it is due to a gap in your understanding.
I don't just teach you how to do something, I teach you WHY you do something.
I have learning difficulties, so I know how to break down complex topics and make them super easy to understand.
My lessons in coffee are for beginners, intermediates, and crucially people stuck with a problem they have tried and failed to solve.
