About Arun
I am a Computer Science Engineer/Professional photographer who left 9to5 to live pure life and teach others through my own experience.
Meditation technique that I teach is initial phase of Vipassana. As one can't teach Vipassana without proper guidance and rules, I encourage people with initial phase of it and always recommend to take one Vipassana session whenever possible.
