About Sophie
Are you ready to embark on a musical journey that will transform your love for piano into a lifelong passion? With 19 years of experience and an Associate Diploma of Piano, I am dedicated to sharing the joy of music with you. My teaching philosophy is simple: lessons should be enjoyable and build a strong, supportive relationship. This is the key to nurturing your love for music and helping you excel in your piano studies. Many of my students have gone on to earn their own Associate Diplomas and even become teachers themselves.
I have been awarded many top teacher awards by the Australian Guild of Music.

Learn from the comfort of your own home and wherever you are located through online lessons. Once the lesson has been booked, you will be provided with a link which is the same each week. Online lessons are $36 for a 30-minute private lesson or $72 for an hour. 30-minute lessons are ideal for beginners and younger students, and an hour for more advanced levels and students wanting to progress through exam levels faster. In person lessons may be available upon request at additional costs.
Theory and practical exams are conducted through the Australian Guild of Music. Many SK Music students are awarded high achievement awards from the AGMS each year and invited to the presentation in QLD.
Learn for pleasure or embark on a musical journey and graduate with a certificate or diploma.
