About Nina

I am a guitar teacher with 3+ years of experience and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Guitar Studies. My focus is advanced ear training, an essential part of becoming a complete musician. I teach students how to transcribe solos, developing accuracy and style. We also work on identifying chord progressions by ear, an important skill for collaboration. Perfect pitch and interval recognition are skills we build gradually. These lessons give students independence beyond sheet music. My approach is interactive and supportive, blending drills with creative tasks. I aim to make ear training both effective and enjoyable. Students often tell me they feel more confident improvising and performing after lessons. I believe ear training is the pathway to true musical freedom. About the lesson
