About Abigail
I have 8 years of experience teaching piano and keyboard, and I bring the calm confidence of a Highly Experienced Teacher into every lesson. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Michigan, and that training helped me build strong musical understanding and teaching skill. I have helped students improve coordination, timing, and confidence while learning songs and technical basics. I received a Piano Teaching Excellence Medal for my engaging and effective teaching approach. Outside teaching, I enjoy creating piano compositions and experimenting with music software, which keeps my lessons creative and current.
