About Greta

I’m a passionate piano teacher with a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Piano and over five years of experience guiding students toward their musical goals. Whether you’re preparing for music exams, college auditions, or professional gigs, I tailor each lesson to fit your unique needs and aspirations. My approach is personalized and motivating, designed to build both skill and confidence. I believe that every student learns differently, so I create a supportive environment where you can grow at your own pace. We focus not only on technique and theory but also on developing your musicality and expression. I use a variety of styles and repertoire to keep lessons engaging and relevant to your interests. Preparation for exams or auditions is thorough but never overwhelming. I break down challenging pieces into manageable sections and celebrate progress along the way. My piano teaching approach is designed to make learning enjoyable and effective for both kids and adults. I focus on building strong technique through clear, step-by-step guidance, helping students develop consistent practice habits that lead to steady progress. Music should inspire, so I use fun games and engaging backing tracks to keep motivation high. We explore a variety of pieces, blending classical music with popular songs to match each student’s taste and keep lessons fresh.

For those who seek music as a form of expression and healing, I create a supportive environment where they can feel comfortable and empowered to grow. If jazz and improvisation spark your interest, I’ll guide you through rhythms, chords, and melodies to help you play with confidence and creativity. My goal is to nurture your passion, whether you want to perform, compose, or simply enjoy playing at home.

Lessons are tailored to your pace and goals, making sure you always feel challenged but never overwhelmed. I celebrate small wins and milestones, encouraging a positive mindset every step of the way. Together, we’ll build not only your skills but also a deep love for the piano. Let’s make music a joyful part of your life!
