About Mary
I’m a certified fitness professional and nutrition coach with a passion for making nutrition simple, practical and easy to understand. My approach is not about blindly following diet charts or memorizing complicated information. I believe you should understand how nutrition works and why certain choices matter. I enjoy teaching nutrition in a clear, practical and personalized way, helping students build knowledge they can actually use in everyday life.
