About Alicia

○ I am both a native French speaker and a qualified, experienced and passionate language teacher!
○ Since 2018, I have been teaching French, English and Norwegian, mainly online.
○ I have lived and studied in France and Norway, then I've worked in the Netherlands and in Spain, in secondary schools.
○ I speak French, English, Norwegian, Spanish and I'm currently learning Italian.
○ I have around 1,200 hours of private tuition under my belt, from the age of 8 to 67!

○ My interests are :
Books, travelling, psychology, spirituality, animals and nature, vegetarianism/veganism, drawing, painting and crafts, esotericism, personal development, board and card games, hiking, mountains... I'm a curious and open-minded person, whatever the subject!

About the lesson

Have you discovered Norway and fallen in love with it? Would you like to move to Norway in the near future? Maybe just to go back on vacation? Or simply discover more about the country and its culture?

Good news, you've come to the right place! I agree with you, Norway is a fascinating country.

My courses are aimed at beginners to intermediate levels. Here's what I offer:

★ If you're a beginner, don't be afraid, just go for it! Norwegian is not rocket science. I will quickly provide you with the basics you need to get by and have simple conversations.

★ If you already have some knowledge, and especially if you have been learning Norwegian in a self-taught way (with apps for example), I'm here to help you organize, consolidate and expand your knowledge but also... to finally make you practice!

In any case, we learn better when we are having a good time. So, forget the language lessons you may have had in your school years: I propose you to learn in a way that is as entertaining as can be, that's how we learn best (that's not just me saying it, it's science too!).

Send me a message and I'll be happy to arrange our first online meeting. See you soon!

Alicia's response
