About Arina
I am a recent graduate psychology student at the bachelor level. Through the studies I have learned about everything from the history of psychology, motivation, learning and research methods, among many others. Psychology is a subject I am passionate about, and I want more people to be able to enjoy it and be able to use this knowledge in daily life. Teaching others has always been rewarding for me, and it is this direction in education that I pursue.

I focus more on understanding and reflection around the curriculum, and the goal is that various memory techniques should almost be superficial. However, I have quite a few of them up my sleeve. I want to customise the sessions so that they fit you and your needs, as we are all different and benefit from different learning techniques. Knowledge in psychology requires different abilities, not unlike many other subjects. This is why the range of what I can offer to teach is great; perhaps you want to learn more about psychology in everyday life, exercise motivation, good study techniques or how to write a killer academic paper? The choice is yours to make!
