About Amir
I am an active kickboxing fighter and have over 10 years of performance related martial arts experience. My achievements include, for example, German Championship, Hamburg Championship, ring and professional fights.
I want to share with you the knowledge that I gained along this path.

My teaching method is based on individuality. This means that we first sit down together and talk about your goals, wishes, possibly already gained skills etc. It could be that for you only fitness by kickboxing would be an option. And maybe for someone else competitions and performance improvement is the goal. That's why, depending on what you want to achieve, I'll design your own program and do it together.
